My name is Sara and I’m the creative mind behind Spices That Heal.

This is the story behind this unique website.....

A few years ago I was going through a rough time in my life. I was facing serious health issues and I was on the verge of giving up. Even though I tried almost everything, my health issues continued to torture me. After visiting numerous doctors, dieticians and health experts, I was able to overcome the most serious issues but their advice made me re-think things. They all said that I had to improve my diet - that’s when I decided to take matters into my own hands!

I rolled up my sleeves and got down to business.....

After endless nights of online research, dozens of trips in the countryside and thousands of (eventually) empty cups of coffee (decaf of course), I was able to find a solution to my problems. The answer was quite simple and had been in front of me the whole time.

Herbs and spices!

Those seemingly insignificant spices that we all have in our pantry were the solution to my problems! That’s when I realized that almost all dietary supplements can be replaced by healthy and natural herbs and spices.

The results of my new diet were incredible! I was feeling stronger, healthier and happier than ever before. Those natural secrets were the ingredients to my recipe for well-being.

That’s when I decided to share my experience with you and help you understand the value of herbs and spices and add them to your diet too!
